Odstarva doesn't wear dress-code Uniforms in the Orb Union, but instead wear his customzied uniform with a blue color, rather then the standard white.

Personality: Emotionless, Some would say he is just a Doll with a Human body, But he really does has feelings and only merely hides them, He's kind at heart and isn't quick to judge people until they've shown their usefulness. In battle, he retains his emotionless face and remains calm at all times, Unless he begins to have a hard time against the enemy.

History: Setsuna was once a Child Soldier during his early years of warefare, When war broke out at all side of the world, Setsuna was forcefully recruited into a resistance in the Middle East, But was then saved by Odstarva, Seeing the hidden potential the child had, he was enrolled into the PMC Collared Training Facility, There he trained until he was 17, Old enough to become a Pilot and his skill allowed him to Pilot the 03-Aaliyah, Odstarva's former Knightmare of choice, Which was codenamed "Supplice" after the Unit was outfitted with a Shoulder-Mounted Plasma Cannon. Setsuna was the one who brought down the 5 Elite Pilots from all of the Nations, Making him one the strongest Pilots. Despite his young age, He's met important figures such as; Gerald Glendin, Wynn D.Fanchon, Joshua O'brien, And Odstarva himself, He met Lillium during her deployment at France, Thus only meeting her in the battlefield.

After the events of the PMC War, Setsuna gave up mercenary life and deserted PMC Collared, Altough he did this during a Mission that involved taking out the Orb Union's Flagship, Commanded by a Young Female Commander, The operation began with Setsuna and a team of PMC Collared were deployed into Orb Territory by the Praying Mantis, None of Praying Mantis' troops were present and this lead to Setsuna switching sides during the battle, he took out his already decimated Team by taking out any stragglers that were left behind, Then he boarded the Flagship, He was unwelcomed at first but the Orb Union learned to trust him and his battle Tactics, Altough there was still a rift between and the Nation and thus his Military Rank is rather low, But his skill in Combat compensated for this low Ranking and is ranked #1 in PMC Collared's ordered Matches. He single-handedly brought down the "Spirit of Motherwill", A Giant -Long-Range Arms Fort that is based on the Bahamut and equally as powerful, Odstarva was then known as "Giant Killer" and his most prominent Title, "The Second Coming of Joshua O'brien and the Mind of Odstarva". Setsuna also continues to Pilot a Custom 03-Aaliyah named "Supplice" as his Replacement Knightmare when White Glint is out of commission, Which was the real Odstarva's Old Knightmare during the PMC War.
