Appearance: Akumu is a slender and muscular individual. He stands at 5'11 and has brown hair that comes down to the base of his neck along with deep green eyes. He wears a black trench coat with a red undershirt. He also wears brown gloves, and black jeans along with black shoes.

Personality: Akumu is a very laid back individual. He tends to lounge around when he isn't trying to flirt with women. Although he respects his peers and their opinions he tends to do things his way, not usually trusting something to someone else. Though he does have his serious side, something that anyone has hardly ever seen. He avoids conflict as much as possible but sometimes it is inevitable, but even if it was an enemy he was fighting, he would almost surely spare their life, unless he was in a position where that was not an option.

History and RP Sample

History: Akumu was always a cheerful child. Always playing with other children, and just overall active. His father, Kyou Oumono, was an arms dealer with quite a successful business whereas his mother, Kigurou Oumono, was a stay-at-home wife. This was the case for most of Akumu's early life, until about the age of eleven his father had joined the Tokugawa Heavy Industries, becoming a soldier. The reason being he wanted to craft more than just weapons, he wanted to create a world where his only son would be safe. Akumu had mixed feelings about this. He was proud of his father for making such a bold decision, but at the same time he feared for his fathers safety. Although time passed and Akumu along with his mother became accustomed to the change in lifestyle. Just as they did, Akumu's father was deployed to the front lines to defend against the Britannians' assault. When the Britannians arrived it was for the most part a one-sided battle, the Japanese were being slaughtered. All for nothing, and just when the Britannians began to surround Akumu's father, the Knightmare Odstarva was piloting made it onto the scene. Killing the Britannians and effectively saving Kyou. Even though Kyou had been wounded by a shot to the shoulder, he was thankful that he retained his life. Shortly after, Tokugawa turned on it's own country. In response to this Kyou had abandoned them, he was branded a deserter and was to be found and executed along with his family. He already knew this would happen so he had made arrangements with friends to take care of Akumu while him and his mother fled. Kyou took Akumu to the gun shop that he used to run. He had a hidden cellar below the shop where Akumu was to stay until the arranged friend came to get him. This was the last time Akumu had seen his father. The first few hours Akumu stayed in the cellar he sat and waited. He began to grown impatient, he started to pace back and forth and after awhile Akumu began to investigate the small space. The wall behind where the ladder out of the cellar was no wall, it was a door. Curious, Akumu stepped over to it and slid it open. Inside it was a gigantic room with cables and suspended metal walkways surrounding something cloaked in shadows. Akumu began looking around for a light switch, coming across a panel not too far from the door. He pushed the lever on the panel upwards, all the lights in the giant room flipped on. And what was cloaked in shadows was a Knightmare. All the overtime hours at the shop were finally justified. Kyou wasn't dealing with just guns. He was using the materials to create a Knightmare. The model of the Knightmare was quite obvious, it was a Zangetsu. Akumu walked along the metal walkway. After an hour or so of looking around the beast Akumu figured it would be time to get back to the cellar, he was sure that the "friend" would be there soon. He walked back to the panel, shut down the lights and went back to the cellar where he saw through cracks in the floorboard that soldiers were leaving the establishment. About ten or twenty minutes later a single woman entered the shop and immediately walked to the cellar, opening it and extending a hand downwards. She then spoke "Come with me, I'll keep you safe." Looking back one last time at the door Akumu took her hand and rose to the ground level of the shop. The woman spoke once more. "My name is Konsetsu, may I ask yours?" "Akumu." Two years later, Akumu was now thirteen years old. Japan and Britannia had fallen under the grasp of greater powers, Japan was taken over by Tokugawa Heavy Industries as Britannia was by The Praying Mantis Corporation. The world was becoming corrupt and Akumu, though he was young he knew what was happening and felt useless, he was unable to stop it. He swore that one day he would change the world, he would craft it as he saw fit. He was tired of the senseless killings. During about the middle of the calendar year a letter came to Konsetsu that was addressed to Akumu. It was his father & mother. They were still alive, after all this time of no contact Akumu assumed the worst. The letter spoke of how his father and mother, Kyou and Kigurou had made it nearly to the other side of Japan. Kyou had made plans to go to the remnants of Britannia, to the Praying Mantis Corporation. This would most likely be the last time he would ever speak to his son, whether it be through a letter or direct contact. Akumu's eyes welled with tears. "You idiot... Just wait, wait for me to change the world. I'll stop all of this. Just wait damn you..." All Akumu could do was sit and watch. He was too young to go and stop his father, too weak, too incapable. Four years later, Akumu was finally seventeen, he was fully capable of joining Tokugawa Heavy Industries, which he did so. His first mission was to assist the Tokugawa with the naval assault against them by the Chinese. Akumu would be only a foot soldier here, but he had more planned. He ran to his fathers old shop which was now abandoned. He burst in and jumped down to the cellar. Akumu opened the door and stepped into the gigantic room again. He walked over to the panel yet again, this time, flipping up the other lever, which began to open up the ceiling and the ground of an empty lot while the floor of the room pushed up the Knightmare to ground level. Akumu jumped into the cockpit and turned the Knightmare on. He immediately set out towards the Chinese. Among arrival there were two other Knightmares, the 03-Aaliyah and the Guren Mk-II. The Chinese didn't stand much of a chance against the three Knightmares and fell quickly. The Tokugawa held the trophy for this victory. Later that year Odstarva was defeated by a simple teenager. Months later the Orb Union was formed. Akumu knew it was time to abandon the Tokugawa when the new faction rose. He had only joined for military training, now that he had what he wanted he deserted with his Zangetsu. A year later Akumu has become quite famous as an Independent Mercenary. He was an odd one though. He only fought in battles that he deemed had meaning and on sides he thought were just. Though he wanted more, he wanted to establish his own faction. He still held onto his dream of crafting the world as he saw fit.

RP Sample: Akumu awoke to another day of hell on what was left of Japan. he sat up from his bed and yawned while rubbing his eyes, looking outside his window at the gray surroundings, fallen buildings, abandoned vehicles, half demolished roads. All the result of war. He swung his legs to the side of the bed and brought himself to his feet. He was to report to his commanding officer today. So he began to put his uniform on. He sighed "Man! This is a load of crap! Why can't I just stay home? Don't they have two Knightmares coming? Jeez. Lousy industry..." He finished putting on his uniform and stepped outside, getting in his jeep he headed over towards HQ. Upon arrival he was told that he would be involved in the battle against the Chinese Federation, just as he assumed. The battle was to commence in an hour, he thought for a second and turned his jeep around, yelling out the window to the commanding officer that he would be back. He began to drive off. He headed to the abandoned weapon shop his father used to run, Akumu ran inside and opened the cellar door. He jumped down and opened the second door leading to the hidden room. He flipped the second lever on the panel, opening up the ceiling and pushing Zangetsu to ground level. Akumu ran down the walkway as fast as he could and jumped into the open cockpit. As soon as the floor was raised completely Akumu activated Zangetsu along with its' Float System. He took to the skies and headed towards the battlefield. Upon arrival there were two other Knightmares just as they said there would be. The battle didn't last very long and Tokugawa Heavy Industries of course had the upper hand. Akumu chuckled at the failed attempts of the Chinese Federation. They hardly put up any kind of fight. Akumu decided it was time to end the mediocre assault by taking his Seidoutou in hand and making a break for the enemy. He planted the blade horizontally at the beginning of the boat, going forward and dragging the blade through the ship. He split it in half, though it was still in tact for the moment, it would surely capsize. Thus ending the battle. At this moment Akumu deserted Tokugawa, having gained what he wanted from them he had no reason to stay any longer. He took to the skies once more with Zangetsu and fled from the decaying country.
